E3 is like Christmas for gamers. All of the big publishers and developers often save their biggest and best gaming news for the Los Angeles show, pumping up the hype train to the max with massive press conferences and show floor demos. It can be a bit overwhelming for the casual reader, indeed, even if you've been following our news feed rather closely, you may have missed a few things under the bombardment of announcements.

But don't worry, we've got you covered! Now that all the major press conferences are done and dusted, we've gone and summarized all of the most important pieces in an easy-to-digest format. Additionally, we've got a page at the end for all of the "other" announcements from smaller developers that didn't fit into any of the other categories.

We will endeavor to keep each category updated with new announcements and news as they become available, until E3 closes its doors at the end of the week.
