Shoot Club: The Quake Wars Wars, Part One

It takes no small amount of Googling, but I eventually figure it out. You have to actually exit the game to host a server. (Pretty tricky. Outside the game is the last place I would have thought to look.) Then there are some shenanigans with having to add command line parameters to the executable. I'm not sure what that means, but I figured it out by finding forum posts from people kind enough to address the issue as if they were talking to fourth graders. But wait, there's more.

Yes, setting up the server for a LAN was quite a bitch, but we pulled it out in emergency within a few minutes, thanks to a relatively intuitive server launcher, and detailed posts of the QW forums.

But all these efforts... for almost nothing, considering that we're buying the full game now. :)

Ah damn, I read the maps docs, and there's just so tasty, with so much possibilities, it makes me want to get back on GTK Radiant so much!

Where's the video of a Japanese guy and a bear in a hot-dog eating contest!?!?!
