8 Great Indie Games from 2015 You Should Have Already Played If you're looking for some of this year's best indie games, these eight titles should fit the bill.
How can you make a list like this without Undertale?
Rebela: Galaxy is also a pretty fun game. It's got some issues but still a very solid and well done game. Seems to have taken a lot of inspiration from Firefly.
Huh... Two of those games are part of the Adult Swim Games line up... Interesting... Other that that, I'm surprise I actually know the games on that list... considering I've never played them...
Aww, no love for Renowned Explorers: International Society? It has random elements and the map screens are reminiscent of FTL (especially when considering the random encounters and challenges and how each map has a hidden loot space) but the RNG doesn't fuck you like in FTL. Also the characters and maps have a lot of great personality. Also you can literally win a map by emotionally confusing a revived Goddess of War.
I'd replace Titan Souls with Undertale, but OP probably hasn't played it or finished it, which is cool. Titan Souls was a little thinly veiled for me. And DAT TotalBiscuit incident scared alot of people away from the game....
It is precisely because I have not gotten to play Undertale yet. I hope to remedy this before the year is out.
If you like a well told story, Undertale is the game. Was pleasantly surprised.
