Fight waves of enemies in a "foggy Russian countryside" in the next round of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier DLC.

Hot on the heels of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier's Arctic Strike DLC, Ubisoft has announced the next round of downloadable content for the shooter. Due out September 11 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, Raven Strike will have three new missions in the game's Campaign Mode, as well as a new map for Guerilla Mode.

The new Campaign Mode missions are Secure Dawn, set in a technology-free Kazakhstan marsh; Cold Walker, which takes place in a Russian train depot; and Moscow-based Argent Thunder, in which players will experience "a nighttime urban setting." Additionally, the new Guerrilla Mode map, Sawmill, is set in "a foggy Russian countryside," and will have players facing up to 50 waves of enemies.

Raven Strike will be available for 1200 Microsoft points, of $14.99 in real money. No date was given for the PC version of the DLC, though the press release mentioned that Raven Strike will be available on Windows PC at a later date."

I think it's high time Modern military shooters grew a pair of balls and moved on to the Chinese as antagonists. The assumption that we can't move on from the Soviet Union is an insult to our collective intelligence.

Honestly, is this game any good? Like is it worth $30?

The only reason you fight russians in the game is because you enter their sovereign territory without russian consent. Its not Russians are evil, its that you violated their territory and caused an international incident.

i feel less bad about invading russia if putin was not the asshat in charge over there :P.

sides if world news is any indication we could be fighting russia and or china very soon, hello ww3.

It certainly isn't bad. YMMV though, as while its stealth is great, its shooting is decidedly average. If - like me - you're inclined to stealth every single section you reasonably can, it will be a very enjoyable game.

Would three more missions and a MP map be worth $15? Not really.

So WE'RE the bad guys this time? Now THAT is original!

I like it, lots of fun to be had int he multiplayer. I haven't finished the single-player yet, and while the story isn't amazing, the missions you go on are really fun though.
