There are a bunch of interesting match-ups in this first round. Will Ubisoft's Watch Dogs beat out Nintendo's darling Mario Kart 8? Can the creepy Alien: Isolation defeat Dark Souls II? Will Hearthstone survive its bout with the Dragon Age: Inquisition juggernaut? I don't even know who is going to vote for Destiny, but you never know.

Aww, but I wanted to vote for Papers Please again! GLORY TO ARSTOTZKA!
Kidding, of course. I wonder who it'll be this time, those are some fierce competitors up there.
As a gamer I find the list of nominees rather alienating.
is anyone else having trouble with the voting page? It may just be my computer, but when I click on a match-up to vote, the little arrows you use to pick your game aren't responsive, and clicking the back button just causes the currently viewed page to refresh.
*shrug* ah well, guess I'll hunt down the threads and vote the hard way. XD
Huh. I haven't played a single game on the list. Admittedly, I didn't buy that many brand new games this year, but still...
A strange game. The only way to prevent Wasteland 2 from sweeping all before it is to not nominate it. How about a nice game of chess?
