Evil West was revealed during The Game Awards 2020 as Flying Wild Hog’s next stylish action title. Players can gear up alone or with friends to clear out a Wild West that has been plagued by bloodthirsty vampires. More information on Evil West’s weird world can be seen in the short synopsis below:

A dark menace consumes the American frontier. As one of the last agents in a top-secret vampire-hunting institute, you are the final line between humanity and a deep-rooted terror that now emerges from the shadows. Rise up to become a Wild West Superhero, eradicate the vampire threat, and save the United States!

The Escapist’s Arthur Damian got a chance to play Evil West at PAX East 2022 and left the experience “blown away.” He went on to describe the game as challenging and gory, saying that the game’s God of War and Devil May Cry inspiration means action fans will almost certainly find something to latch onto. Stay tuned for more information on Evil West before its September release date rolls around.
