I want to add another game. An NES game with a kind of sky view (like Startropics) where you use like a ninja who throws circular blades or shurikens. The firsts stages where green. That's all that I remember. The catridge had ninja in its title but I didn't find it by similar names.

Could that have been either Ninja Kid or Little Ninja Brothers?

No, but it's similar to that "Little Ninja Brothers", in the game I'm finding the characters are bigger, every stage is a square or alike. I think that it had 2 players mode. The game was very arcade-ish, just start and you had to fight.

In that case maybe the game that came before Little Ninja Brothers, Chinese Hero, which was called Kung-Fu Heroes when it was ported from the arcades to the NES.

Yes! that's the game! thank you so much. This game came into my mind after posting another game. I had completely forgot this game. I didn't knew if I was imagining this game or it was a dream, but is so good to find out it actually existed.

Thank you again, you're like a guru or something in this.

This is an old PC Disc game which is very similar to TRINE.

Hi guys, I'm looking for a game that I played when I was young. It was a side-scrolling CD game on PC platform in the year of 2000s may be(or 1995-2000), actually I don't know about the release date of it. Just because of the graphic design doesn't look like the quality made in 21st century.

I've tried my best to remember most of the game details but I cant remember the name of it. Yeah its totally ridiculous that I remember lots of details besides the game name.

The starting animation is talking about a man was locked in a tower in the sky, a mage(maybe?) casted magic to free him.

Although the game is side-scrolling game, it looks like 2.5D. The background is 2D picture but your character and the enemies are 3D image. It is a kind of adventure game, and you have a health bar and mana bar on the top left hand corner.

In the game you can choose 3 types of character, a young man with sword, a young girl with staff and a man using two-handed axe.
I remember some of the default button which are "Z" and "X", "Z" is using a light attack and "X" is a heavy attack.
There are several types of magic you can use, fire , ice, lightning and recovery.
Each type of magic divided into 5 levels, I only remember fire and ice.

Fire L1: Single fire ball drop on a single enemy (Auto targeting to nearby enemy)
Fire L2: Fire burning on the left side of right side (depends on character facing direction)
Fire L3: Lava blast at all enemies position
Fire L4: Large explosion (Area of effect)
Fire L5: Fire from the fire phoenix (Area of effect)
Ice L1: Ice Spikes appear at a single enemy's postion (Auto targeting to nearby enemy)
Ice L2: Ice Spikes appear at all enemies' position
Ice L3: Ice wall created on the left side of right side (depends on character facing direction)
Ice L4: Ice Storm (Area of effect)
Ice L5: Ice Age (Area of effect)

And here are the stage and the boss that I try my best to remember.
Stage 1 - Forest, boss: rock golem
Stage 2 - Floor 1 , I forgot what that thing is.
Stage 3 - Below 1, boss: ice drake
Stage 4 - Below 2, boss: 2 ghost (looks like female) share 1 BOSS health bar
Stage 5 - Below 3, boss: skeleton mage(necromancer)
**And this boss I think it is a main enemy of the game because my character need to talk to him before battle.
Stage 6 - Floor 2, boss: a flying, upper body, large skeleton with both scythe-shaded hand(hand bone)
**Actually it looks like a skeleton reaper, but it is flying and only have upper body
Stage 7 - Floor 3, boss: fire drake
Stage 8 - Below 4 , I reach to the middle only.

One more thing there are 5 different BGM in the game. Each of them is used for Stage1-5 respectively. And Stage 6 use the first BGM and so on.
I just only remember the stage name and the last stage that I reached is 8.
Please help me with this, it is a memory for me and I try my best to remember the details of it.

I'm trying to find a PC game. Unfortunately the only things I can remember are riding giant birds into battle that, as you leveled up, would gain armor and that it was a 2 player game. This is driving me insane trying to remember anything else. I vividly remember a giant black bird with swirls of gold armor but that's it :/ I'm hoping you guys can help!

Please help me! I played a point and click PC-game like Freddi Fish and Pyjama Sam but it was in a house with monsters. You play with a small character and you can search for items just like in Freddi Fish. I guess the character you play as is a monster of a boy.
That's all I remember.
Please help!

Anyone?? I've posted this also on 7 march 2018 and now its 29 june 2019

I'm trying to find a PC FPS game. I recall that the opening cinematic involved you, an army and your commander exploring a new planet when you are all attacked by giant plants/worms(?). Your commander is apparently eaten and so you leave him behind. You later find out that he has survived and he becomes the main villain in the game.

Could that have been one of the games based on Mercer Mayer characters?

Another possibility is Math Blaster Mystery: The Great Brain Robbery, which unlike other Math Blaster games, is not sci-fi themed.

platform: pc (cd rom)

release date: ~1997-2002 (more or less)

art style: zumbinis, pajama sam

it's not by simon & schuster, scholastic, or jumpstart. it is not zumbinis, bugdom, jungle with buzzy, or reader rabbit.

i am currently offering a cash reward if someone finds what i'm talking about.

it was about a camp with bug people and you had to complete various minigames throughout the park in order to complete the game.

the specific things i remember is that it started out with a door and it prompted to type your name into a sign on the door. when you finished the door would open to a boy's bedroom. you walk in and notice an open picture book by the bed. you jump into the book and find yourself at a camp. the director (who i remember to be a light blue bug/beetle) introduces you.

when you complete all the minigames the director calls for every camp member to participate in a game of hide and seek, and he says the phrase "olly olly oxen free".

Hello,I recently remembered a game that I have played over 10 years ago now, so if anyone could help me find it,that would mean so much to me.
Anyway,so about the game,I went and checked around some of the sites that have data on all existing games and haven't really managed to find the game.
Here's the jist of it:

-THE MAIN THING THAT COULD HELP THE MOST:it starts of by showing a young(teen) boy and a girl in some park maybe, then some thugs-aliens show up and kidnap the girl,so the main thing of the game is that you take the role of a young boy who is on a quest to save his grilfriend

-I know there were multiple levels that had different scenery,I know there was a forest,a desert and the last level was on the alien spaceship, and once the final boss was defeated the boy runs to the girl who says ?My Hero?and then the game ends with them being in a park again
-it is a 2D,maybe 2.5D Platformer that is Singleplayer only
-the other genre could be either Adventure,Action or Sci-Fi most likely
-at the time,we had our old computer which ran Windows XP so it is at least supported by that old system
-I remember the view being side screen, the character wasn't too close to the screen and you could see things in the level that were like under him if he was standing on a platform
-I'm certain that he had some things that he could collect, like coins/stars/gems,I don't really remember what it was but I know it was a thing
-the enemies were possibly some wild animals, maybe some bizzare creatures, same thing I don't know exactly but I know it was a thing.

this game started with a story telling using photos , and after the girl gets abducted , we had to rescue her, there were various type of enemies, including crows .
there were monkeys who used to come out of trees and used to throw pebbles at us , and there were turtles in water , we could jump on them and pass the water.
and when the level used to finish there was a platform a ring type thing , where the level ended and new level started with a similar portal from which we used to come out.
moreover there was forest in first level ,and there were underground locations more like caves , it was a beautiful game by the way , not a shitty one.

I'm looking for the same game please somebody help .

thank you so much for the first game it is broken sword 2
to answer your question im not sure if it was ASCII or pixeled but it was not a text adventure like zork, the game gives you clues i think or evidence and you had to find the thein there was an animation of the theif with his aht and mask carrying his bag and walking on tiptoes its hard for you to find but thanks anyway

Mmh, I just remembered, maybe it was one of the "Carmen Sandiego" games. Like "Where in the World/USA/Europe/Time is Carmen Sandiego".
Each time you got closer to the thief/robber by answering/choosing correctly, eventually it would play that aforementioned animation.

sorry for late post but thank you very much sir you are the best

Hey guys, I've been looking for a game for several years now, can't find a trace of it anywhere:

I used to play it on my grandfathers PC, must have been sometime in the 90s. Probably Win95, maybe even Win98 PC.
It was a 2D platform/jump'n'run game, where the main character was a ninja sort of guy. I'm thinking red suit and black hair, but might have been different. The screen did not scroll, but you would rather leave the screen on the right and enter the next screen on the left.
I never played very far in the game, but in the beginning I think you would walk through a castle. I remember that you could fight knights and enter caves (or maybe cellars) through doors, in which you were attacked by bats as well. There was some kind of special move, a karate-style jump kick where the character would shout "hi-ya!". There was a health bar at the top of the screen which consisted of quite a lot of little vertical bars, which depleted for taking damage from right to left. Every time the character took damage there was this loud buzzing noise.

Does this ring any bells? Thanks a lot!

Does anyone have a clue? This has been bugging me for years now, not kidding... I keep coming back here to check if anyone answered yet. Any advice would be great!

I remember playing doom like fps with really wierd weapons and buglike enemies.
Your basic weapon was yellow fireball shooting claw.

Sounds like Shinobi to me. The Amiga, C64, ZX Spectrum and PC versions of the game all had wildly different graphics, but Shinobi played in the way you've described.

Nevermind got it.
Its named Quiver

PS: sorry claw was green.

Hi.

I was looking for a good RTS game when it crosses in my mind that. Back in 2005 or up.
I was playing a game that it's like Age of Empire but the races you can choose was Human, Beast/minotaurs, and undead. And probably more. But the key feature of this games that's why I want to play it again was, You can build a colossal titan unit which you can control. And each races have their own unique colossal titan. If anyone knows this game. I would really appreciate it.

Warlords Battlecry series

There is an old game I use to play back in the 90's that I thought was called the search for the big bang but when I google it nothing comes up from what I remember is you start out in space and nearby is a planet when you land on it and get out there is an alien that gives you a currency called a cred and asks you to some kind of meat at a butcher and not to get it at a space station nearby. Just to test it out I went to the space station and not the butcher and got the meat. went back to the alien and the alien knew I went to the space station and got a game over screen. So started over and this time went to the butcher to get the meat and got an item from the alien.i'm probably butchering the name of the meat but it was called marfulo meat

Anyone know what this game is been wanting to know for years. if it helps its a game you had to search for stuff if you found the right item you would progress to the next area its a sci fi game the point of the game was to find a ship

Hello everyone!
I'm looking for a PC game which was released around 2002 - 2008. Because it's been too long ago since I last played the game so I could only remember some minor details of it. I'd really appreciate if anyone could help me to find this game:

1> It was a RPG game, main character is a swordman (?) who could use magic. The game set in a medieval era or something. The graphic was just like Diablo 2 with birds-eye view, action RPG. I'm not quite sure about the story but it looks like it was the common storylike: A man on his journey to destroy the evil (monsters, demons and alike since I remember encoutering some ghosts at the beginning)

2> The battle system was turn-based. In a battle, the graphic would switch from 2.5d-Diablo2-like to pure 2d with the screen was seperated into 2 parts: above and below (the above screen is slighty larger than the other iirc) and some background animation like lightning, rain, etc. There was one thing that I could remember from the battle system was the magic/skill system. The magic/skill would be displayed into 5-6 cards which were aligned into a straight row on the below screen and they had a grey or brown-ish color. The skill cards would be either faced-up or faced-down depends on how many skills the character-in-control had. There was one unique function I could recall that the skills could be combined by using 2 (or more?) skills which would result in a stronger damage dealt to the enemies. It was something kind of similar to this image image

3> There was also a minor detail in the game that when the main character managed to form a group of 2 people (?) and went to a rainy forest at night. From then, based on the walkthrough I read at that time, the game provided with 2 options for me to choose between going to route A and B. If I chose route A, a female party member would coincidently encounter the person who she thought that had killed her brother and quickly engaged into a battle with that person. The result was that she would die after the battle because she was weak (duh!). If I chose route B, nothing would happen to her since she didn't see that person.

Please help me to find this game if you could. Thank you so much!

Chase Hunley:
System: Windows, the game was on disc

Genre:Music

Date: 2002-2005

Graphics:kind of like insaniquarium, not pixel but a clear

Characters: Trumpet looking guy, and a flute looking guy

Point of the game: What you did in the game was you had multiple monsters that looked like instruments, they were pretty small but as you clicked on one each one made a different noise (flute made flute sound, trumpet made trumpet sound, etc) the game was pretty creepy as i recall, i think a black background and monsters at the bottom and maybe a side bar that had different stuff

Played on an old windows XP computer when I was 4-6, now i'm 16 :p

Jump Start: Music

enjoy

you shoot modern enemies from some sort of a bunker, first mission is infantries then as you go on.. there will be troop transports, tank.. and the enemy i can remember vividly is Starfighter plane. you can swap weapons from MG to heavy weaponry. there's also index of enemies in the game if i can remember.. pls help

The name of the game is Deadalus Encounter

One of the very first games I ever played was on the TRS-80 (trash-80, as we called it). The game was about saving the people of Atlantis. You had to assign your people to different tasks, which they would need to complete before the volcano erupted. You could assign people to either build a giant dome over the city, gather food, and/or build boats. If you built boats, you would need enough boats and food to survive the journey to safety. If you built a dome, you would need enough food to survive the eruption, but the dome would protect the city (IIRC). The amount of time you had to do so was random (after a base amount I believe). I have no idea what the game was called. This was back in the 1980's.

Anyone have a clue what it was called or any information on it? I've always been curious about it.

Hi everyone!

I am looking for a ps1 game in which you fly around in some sort of ship (3rd person) and save people who will then build your base.

I think the intro scene was a meteor crashing on your planet and a bunch of aliens came out, which I belive was the enemies of the game.

Hey guys

So, I think this is gonna be pretty hard for me to explain and a little vague, because the game was crazy and strange, and I was young, but here we go

All I remeber was playing this game back in 2007 or 6, or even earlier, it was a bombing game for pc (believe I found it on a cd-rom, and it was very different from any game I've seen), it had this dark blue background, and the brickwalls were blue too (but you could change the color), the view was from above, and you controlled a smiling ball (that could be blue, yellow, pink or green I think), you could pick up power ups that helped or not (some would make your explosion go further, other would spawn a enemy black ball that would try to kill you) there were enemies like slimy purple things, also I remeber there was a timer for the levels, and the levels were finite, I don't remember the goal, if was to pick up something or enter a portal in the middle of the level, or was to destroy all enemies (believe it was the first option), you could play with a friend that would choose anorther ball with different collor, if you were successfull, a message appeared giving your congratulations or something like that, and the screen would be filled with the smilling balls, one by one, if you didn't close the message, there was music too, like from a violin. I think when you opened the game the name would appear with an effect of going out of the screen making a dramatic sound, and the backscreen was like matrix, with purple lines. If it helps, I remeber that in the same cd-rom there was the demo for zulu assault too, along with a version of arkanoid that I've never seen, and a bunch of other games.

I know this was the worst description for a game, but seriously, that's all I remember, and in the way I remember, so this is it.

That was probably the 1995 game Dstroy, which later got a remake with the same name in 2006.

I know what game you are talking about. I don't remember the name however, but even if I did I wouldn't get my hopes up for finding it. I had it on a disk i got from a (late 90:ies?) computer magazine. Sadly, many of those games have been lost forever because they where never famous enough for someone to save/preserve/make copies of etc.

There was another game I used to play from such a disk (possibly the same disk) called Telamina. A fun little multiplayer tank game. Even though I clearly remember the gameplay and even the name of this game, it seems impossible to find online.

Your best bet to find your game is probably by talking to a collector of old computer magazine disks.

HEllo guys I'm looking for 2 games I hope you can help.

1.: It's a game maybe from the 80-90's I used to play it on my dad's PC. The whole game is very colourful, simple, 2D style. You play as a little boy in the nature, where you can climb on ladders into the sky and to the ground, find chests, keys to open doors and collect things. If I remember correctly you have to avoid bugs and insects. If you do a squat you can make a bomb, but im not too sure about it.

2.: It's a game from the 2000's. You play as a little girl, who has her birthday. In the night you go around her house, you can decorate her cake and climb into her tree house in the garden. She carries a teddy with her if i remember correctly. It's 3D.
I know it's not a lot, but I hope somebody knows what they are.

Heyo, I'm looking for a 2D pixel platformer that was on RealArcade in the mid-to-late 2000's.

Thing's I'm 100% about
-You can play as a blue wizard that can do magic
-There are monsters to kill and can harm you
-There's a lot of collectibles that give you money
-There's a shop you can buy stuff from in each level
-The 1st level took place at night in a sort of grassy/meadow area with flowers
-The map was quite large where if you can get near the left, right, top or bottom of the and it wasn't blocked off you can get to a next section (it wasn't a continues side-scroller; it loaded the screen and then you'd need to get to an edge to get to a different screen)
-The higher you got in the 1st level, the more stars would appear in the background (there was a lot of vertical height to the map)
-Final boss in the first level was a swarm of bees (I remember there being a beehive in the background)
-2nd level was a very green and lush forest with weird tree/goblin monsters
-I remember it being very pretty

Thing's I'm 80% sure about
-You could also play as some sort of dwarf mechanic (but that was only available in the bought version)
-From the shop as the mechanic dwarf you can buy a flying machine
-There might be locked doors you need keys to (30% sure about that one)
-Single player

Hey there are 2 games I cant find and I wonder if anybody by any chance can find out what they are.
The first one is a a game i cant find anywhere, it consist of a swimmer that u control in 2d, u can go up middle or down dodging threats like sharks or jellyfishes for like 2 minutes as the progress bar completes before reaching the cereals at the end of the game and thats it, 1 level that i remember of. Im afraid it might be portuguese by any slight chance making it even more insane to find but thats just maybe.

The second one is a game that i barely remember anything about, its a game with a 3d wheel of squares which are different games, but i only remember one, you played as a person in a balcony that threw eggs at people and vehicles but had to be careful with the police and hide to not get caught and the old lady who called the police.

bubbels:
Hi all,

I was wondering if someone can help me to find a game that I played as a child.
I remember that it was a old game probably windows 95/97. Maybe 15 years ago or more.
I thougt it was called something like Abibo. But I'm not sure about that.
It was a game with a free world with a boy (with red cap on his head) you had a home and a kitchen where you could cook and a garden to plant your vegetables and fruits. There was a monster in it that came stealing your food. You had a watergun.

I really enjoyed it as a child and would like to pass it on.
I don't know if it still existed we got if with the purchase of our computer back then.

Hope someone knows it.

'Adiboo: Magical Playland'

I've posted here a few times before, here's another one for all y'all:
When I was really young, about 5 (I'm 24 now) my aunt had a game on her PC I used to play when I visited. I'll list all that I remember, but I want to warn you before going ahead that it's super simplistic and not at all interesting, I just don't remember it's name.

* It was about two monsters, a blue lumpy one and a red fuzzy one
* The blue monster didn't want to go to bed, because he was afraid of vampire bats and had nightmares about them
* The red monster didn't want to eat his vegetables
* The blue one had a minigame where you had to click on all of the vampire bats around his bed, and when they were all gone, he could go to sleep
* There was also a part where the blue one had a dream about going to a burger place on the moon (I think)
* I don't remember much about the red one, except that he loved trains, and his story ended when a train driver told him how important eating vegetables is
* I can also confirm that this wasn't Sesame Street, or VeggieTales. So far as I know, it wasn't ANY big-name franchise

Like I said, this is super basic stuff for a kid's game, I've tried finding it online but I can't find anything on it. The most annoying part is that I just don't know what it is. It's probably terrible, probably even some ripoff of some existing franchise. I just want to find out what it was called.

I played this nice 2d platformer a few years back and always lose track of it.

you can play with 2 caveman a blond one and a dark haired one, the objective of the game is to save the wife of the blond one.

you can pick fruits and gems, which there is a minimum you need to progress to other levels. There's a nice map screen from which you select the levels. Most of the time you use stones you can throw to kill dinos but can also use a club to kill smaller enemies. Hardest bosses are a triceratops and end game boss which is a trex.

Any idea of the name of the game? I think it's Cave something, second word might rhyme or have something to do with plague, not sure though.

Hi, guys, I'm looking for a 3D Fantasy Tactics PC game from late1990-mid2000.

It is a fantasy campaign-based game, where each mission is a tactic battle (as I remember real-time, but I'm not sure here) where you choose a number of units from a pool to fight with known enemy setup within a small arena. It remindes me from afar Myth II of Warhammer: DO but in a very tiny scale like 5 vs 5 units.
Visually, the game had a cartoony bright W3-like style.
Unfrotunately, thats all I remember.
