Unfortunately a couple of Griefers visit the Game Front server in this episode of The Minecraft Show. As unfortunate as it is, these are the things at stake in a survival server. Please leave your suggestions about how to handle these dark times. I am not promising that I will be able to make everyone happy, I am not even sure I will be able to make the majority happy. I will certainly guarantee that I will think about all the options laid out in the comment section.
